A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and transferring between
items of the existing appropriations from state road funds to
the department of transportation, division of motor vehicles,
former account no. 6710, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 9007,
fiscal year 1995, organization 0802, as appropriated by
chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extraordinary
session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, known as the
budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriations from state road
funds to "former" account no. 6710, "WVFIMS" account no. fund 9007,
fiscal year 1995, organization 0802, chapter one, acts of the
Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-four, be supplemented, amended, reduced and transferred to
read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and transfer certain moneys between items
of the existing appropriation for this account in the budget act
for fiscal year 1994-1995. The amounts as now itemized shall be
made available for expenditure upon passage of this bill.
